UCook Natural was a collaborative effort by two amazing individuals- Andy and Aida; a Venezuelan couple who have shaped a home in Pompano Beach, Florida. Andy is a passionate cook who has worked in restaurants such as Cacao, Fratelli Lyon, Tisserie and Michy's with top chef Michel Berstain; these diverse exposures have strengthened Andy’s inimitable style of cooking. In addition, Andy pairs his love for cooking with a passion for running, as he has completed numerous amounts of marathons throughout the United States. Aida graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a health counselor certified by Columbia University and a certified Yoga Teacher. Her holistic approach to food infuses every dish with a high dose of nutrients and phytochemicals, as evident by the intense diversity of colors. Together, they envisioned UCook Natural- a place where delicious recipes have a nutritional conscience. The couple continues to live in Pompano Beach with Z- their newborn baby boy.
